What is your return policy for food items?
Due to food safety regulations, we cannot accept returns on grocery products. However, if your order arrives damaged or if there is an issue with quality, please contact our support team within 48 hours for a full refund or replacement.
Do you offer international shipping?
Currently, we ship to all 50 states within the US and select provinces in Canada. We are working on expanding our international shipping options to bring East at Home to more countries soon.
